  • 30 g protein powder (whey), flavor of your choice
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and place in a cup in the microwave at 1000 watts for 50 – 60 seconds.
