Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 50 g protein powder (whey), flavor of your choice
- 50 g almonds, ground
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g raspberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix all ingredients, except the berries, into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into muffin cups (silicone baking cups are best) and top with the raspberries. Bake the muffins at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes.
