  • 1 serving of pizza dough, use the recipe in my profile
  • n. B. herbs, Italian
  • n. B. garlic granules
  • n. B. fried onions
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

from pizza dough

Divide the pizza dough into several 200g portions and roll them out thinly into circles. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic granules, fried onions, and herbs to taste. Lightly press into the dough with a rolling pin. Cut each portion into 8 triangles, roll up from the wide side, and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
