Whole-grain pizza rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 300 g flour (whole grain) of your choice, coarsely ground
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 50 ml milk
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • n. B. Ham, diced
  • e.g. salami
  • e.g. oregano
  • n. B. fried onions
  • salt and pepper

In a bowl, combine flour, quark, cheese, sugar, baking powder, milk, and oil to form a dough. Chop the other ingredients into small pieces and add as desired. Season with oregano and a little salt and pepper. Mix everything together again and then form into small balls—you can make these balls either very small as an appetizer or slightly larger as a side dish. Place the rolls on a baking sheet. Place them in the oven preheated to 200°C. Depending on their size, the rolls will be ready after 20-30 minutes. Regular flour can, of course, be used instead of whole wheat, but this gives a more rustic flavor.
