Chicken curry with rice

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • lots of curry powder
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 g rice
  • pepper
  • vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and chop the onion, then sauté it in a pan. Dice the chicken and add it to the onions. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Add them once the chicken is cooked. Add the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with plenty of curry powder, vegetable stock, and pepper, to taste. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
