Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, 270 g, from the refrigerated section
- 200 g minced meat
- 100 g zucchini
- 100 g eggplant(s)
- some oil for frying
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp milk
- 50 g olives, black, small
- 1 egg yolk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the dough into 6 equal rectangles. Fold the corners toward the center. Dice the zucchini and eggplant. Brown the ground beef, zucchini, and eggplant in 1 tablespoon of oil, season to taste, and spread over the dough. Crush the feta cheese and mix it with sour cream (or sour cream if desired) and milk, then spread it over the ground beef mixture. Add the olives. Brush the edges of the dough with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Adding a little garlic is also delicious. For children, omit the olives.
