Tomato – minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • some oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 4 can/n tomatoes, chopped (each 400g)
  • 4 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • some salt
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • ¼ bunch basil
  • ¼ bunch oregano
  • 1 cup broth, clear
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Add a little oil to a pan and fry the minced meat until well browned. Chop the onion, add it, and sauté until translucent. Chop the garlic and add it. Add the tomatoes, broth, and honey. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then chop the basil and oregano and add them gradually. Add the sour cream and season to taste.
