Whole wheat pasta with feta sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g whole wheat pasta
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 150 g tomatoes (plum tomatoes) small

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Vegetarian

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and spices with a little milk until creamy. Chop the tomatoes and fry them in a pan. Then turn off the heat and add the cream to the tomatoes, heating gently.
