Protein pancakes with strawberries and peanut curd

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml egg white, liquid
  • 15 g protein powder
  • 5 g psyllium husks
  • 20 ml water
  • Stevia, as desired
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 50 g low-fat curd cheese, 0.2% fat
  • 10 g peanut butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Without flour and egg yolk

Combine egg whites, protein powder, psyllium husks, water, and optionally stevia in a mixer and let stand for a while. Mix the quark with the peanut butter. Chop the strawberries. Heat the oil in a pan, then cook the batter on each side like pancakes. Spread the quark mixture over the pancakes, top with the strawberries, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
