Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 Camembert(s), spicy
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 5 g salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • n. B. Tomato(s), small
  • 1 tsp oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, combine the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, and salt, and set aside. Then, make deep star-shaped cuts in the unwrapped Camembert. Peel both garlic cloves, slice them, and place them in the cuts. Now, wrap the prepared cheese in the minced meat up to the top edge. Place it in an oiled baking dish along with the tomatoes. Turn the contact grill on “manual, orange setting” and cook with spacers for about 30 minutes. Turn the tomatoes occasionally to prevent them from burning. Any type of bread or roll goes perfectly with this dipping sauce.
