Tomato-zucchini-feta pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 thick zucchini, preferably yellow
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped, 400 g
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • some oil
  • n. B. Sour cream, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian

Wash and dice the zucchini. Sauté the cubes in hot oil, add the tomatoes, and cook until tender, as desired. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, dice the feta cheese and add it, let it melt a little, and you’re done. You can add a spoonful of sour cream to the plate if you like. We always serve it with couscous, but it’s also delicious with rice. A super simple dish, especially in summer.
