Bruschetta with cucumbers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • n. B. garlic clove(s)
  • 1 ciabatta
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar bianco
  • e.g. Dill, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the cucumber and finely chop the onion. Crush the garlic. Place everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, dill, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Slice the ciabatta and bake briefly in the oven. Then top the ciabatta slices with the cucumber mixture. Garnish with more dill, if desired.
