Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pork (Secreto), cut into 1 cm thick strips
- 3 tbsp honey
- 100 ml chicken stock
- 50 g butter
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Secreto of Iberian pork in a honey sauce
Brown the meat on all sides in a little olive oil in a large pan, then remove, season with salt and pepper, and set aside. In the same pan, bring the chicken stock and honey to a boil and reduce slightly. Then add the meat and butter. Reduce the sauce for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the meat is well browned on all sides and coated with the creamy sauce. Serve with baguette or potatoes, for example, from the oven.
