Puree the dates and banana. Add the coconut oil and almonds and mix well. Finally, add the oats to create a slightly moist dough. Depending on the size of the banana, you may need to add a little more oats. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes. Form small cookies and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until they are nicely browned.
