Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, depending on size, otherwise 2
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 dashes milk
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 250 g pasta
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 22 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a large pan. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and leek, add them, and sauté until the leek is somewhat soft. Then stir in the cooked pasta and cream cheese. Depending on your desired consistency, you can add a little more milk. Stir everything thoroughly. Finally, grate or tear a few slices of cheese (according to your taste), stir in, and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper, simmer briefly, and you’re done.
