Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 2 zucchinis
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and grate the zucchini. Crumble the feta cheese, peel the onion and dice it into small pieces. Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion. Add the zucchini and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in the feta cheese. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the zucchini.
