Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 rolls, finely sliced
- 150 g bacon, finely sliced
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 50 g flour
- Salt
- ¼ liter milk (maybe a little more)
- 2 eggs
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the bacon until translucent. Add the rolls, onion, salt, flour, and parsley. Pour lukewarm milk over the rolls and let the mixture simmer. Mix in the eggs. Form dumplings and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Tip for vegetarians: The dumplings taste delicious even without the bacon.
