Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 150 g sour cream
- some milk
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 2 tbsp sugar (or more to taste)
- Mixed herbs (e.g. lemon balm, dill or anything else from the garden), chopped
- possibly milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Remove the stems from the Chinese cabbage leaves, wash thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into small pieces. Mix the yogurt with sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, and chopped herbs (add a little milk if desired). Let it sit for about 1 hour, then season with more lemon juice and sugar to taste. Arrange the Chinese cabbage on plates, pour the sauce over it, and serve immediately.
