Summery low-carb version

Wash the zucchini, trim off the ends, and cut into slices approximately 3-5 mm thick. Arrange the zucchini slices in a fan-like pattern on a baking sheet lined with baking paper; the slices should overlap slightly to hold together better. Season with salt and pepper. Spread 3/4 of the grated cheese over the entire surface. Spread a teaspoon of aioli as evenly as possible over the zucchini slices. Top the zucchini base as desired. Chicken breast version: Slice the chicken breast and spread evenly on top. Sprinkle everything with fried onions and the remaining cheese. Salami version: Spread the salami slices evenly on top. Thinly slice small onions and spread on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 30 minutes.
