Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g flour
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Water
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 50 g salami, tuna, cooked ham, chicken breast etc.
  • 70 g cheese, grated, light

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For the dough, knead the low-fat curd cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Mix the tomato paste, a little water, and pizza seasoning into a sauce. Roll out the dough to pizza size and spread with the sauce. Top with salami, cooked ham, tuna, or chicken breast as desired and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for approximately 15-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180-200°C (top/bottom heat, depending on the oven). Per serving, approximately 771 kcal.
