Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

for a silicone mold 26 cm

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into the silicone mold and bake at 600 watts for about 6-8 minutes.
