Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 200 g processed cheese
- 100 g cream cheese with herbs
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 lemon(s), organic
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch of dill
- salt and pepper

as a starter, side dish or main course
Cook the asparagus in salted water for about 8 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese and processed cheese with the milk in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Finely chop the herbs and add them. Grate the lemon zest, add it, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the asparagus with the sauce.
