Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pat the chicken breast dry and make several 1 cm deep cuts. Mix the yogurt with the curry, sesame seeds, and lemon juice, and season. Brush the mixture over the chicken breast and place it in a baking dish. Bake on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
