Lemon cake in a jar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g quark
  • 180 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 70 ml lemonade

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a batter. Grease the 400ml twist-off jars, leaving the rims unfinished. Fill the jars halfway with the batter. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Tip: If you want to store the cakes for longer, close the lids immediately after baking.
