Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 80 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- lots of oil for frying
- some vanilla sugar for rolling the quark spaetzle
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix all ingredients, including the eggs, with a mixer. Gradually add the remaining ingredients. Heat a pan of oil. Using two spoons, scoop out dumplings from the dough, place them in the hot oil, and deep-fry. After frying, roll the Quarkspatzki in vanilla sugar.
