Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 can kidney beans (medium can)
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 packs of tomatoes (500 g each), pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • some sour cream
  • 1 bell pepper(s), orange or yellow
  • possibly broth if required
  • possibly onion powder if needed
  • possibly garlic powder if needed

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the ground meat in a pan until crumbly. Add onion and garlic powder (or fresh, if desired). Meanwhile, clean and dice the bell peppers, add them to the meat along with the corn and kidney beans, and fry briefly. Then pour in the passata, season to taste, and simmer for about 20-30 minutes to allow the beans to soften. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on the plate. Serve with flatbread or rice.
