Lemon cake from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 point flavoring (Citroback), or lemon peel and some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 4 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Combine the flour and baking powder. Then add all the other ingredients to a microwave-safe container and mix briefly. Microwave for 3 minutes at 900 W. Decorate as desired.
