- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- 1 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt

for the microwave
Mix all ingredients in a cup. You can also add a mashed banana or other fruit. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, depending on the desired consistency.
