Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 250g chorizo
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 500 g red bell pepper(s), approx. 3 pieces
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can Pizza tomatoes, 425 ml
- 2 allspice berries
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tsp thyme, dried
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp, leveled cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 ml meat broth, clear

Heat coconut oil in a large pan. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, about 1 cm wide. Dice the garlic sausage, finely chop the onions, and finely chop the garlic (do not press). Sauté them together in the pan. Meanwhile, dice the bell peppers and add them. Deglaze with the canned tomatoes and stock. Crush the allspice berries in a mortar and pestle and add the remaining spices. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until the peppers are still firm to the bite.
