Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 chili peppers, optional
  • 1 pack of ham cubes
  • 250 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 tsp vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • nutmeg
  • Maggi

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Finely chop the onion, chicken breast fillets, and chili peppers. Fry the onions until translucent, add the chicken breast fillets and fry, then briefly add the ham to the pan. For the sauce, put the cream and milk in a saucepan and simmer. Then add the stock and season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, nutmeg, and Maggi (if you want the chili peppers, mix them in now as well). Then simmer everything briefly. Serve with rice or noodles. Tip: You can also use pork instead of chicken (e.g., shredded pork). You could also use bell peppers instead of chili peppers (if you like).
