Spaghetti casserole with beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400 g beef from the can
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g Parmesan, grated
  • 30 g margarine flakes
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the spaghetti as usual. Render the beef fat in a casserole dish. Mix the beef with the cooked spaghetti and add to the casserole dish. Whisk together the tomato paste, cream, and eggs, then season with salt. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and margarine flakes. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
