Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g sugar
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

It’s best to mix the ingredients with a whisk until a dough forms and pour it into a microwave-safe silicone mold. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watts. Turn out after cooling briefly.
