Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 chicory
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Lemon pepper
- 50g Gouda

no pre-cooking, quick to prepare
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Trim the chicory, cut out the bitter core in a wedge shape, and slice the vegetables lengthwise. Place the halves, inside out, side by side in a baking dish. Brush the cut surfaces of the chicory with oil, then season with salt and pepper. Pour in the vegetable stock. Place the baking dish in the oven and sauté the vegetables for about 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and a briefly roasted piece of meat.
