Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small baguette(s)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 150 g diced ham
- 100 g Gouda, grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tsp herbs for salad
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the baguette into 10-12 cm long pieces and halve each. Finely dice the onion and press the garlic through a press. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Press the baguette halves slightly into the center and spread the prepared spread with a tablespoon. Preheat the grill (I use a gas grill) to approximately 180 degrees Celsius and place the tarte flambée rolls on the grill, then grill indirectly for approximately 15 minutes.
