Slowly defrost the pork fillets and pat dry. First, slice, then cut into not-too-thin strips. Marinate the meat in a mixture of peanut oil, lemon juice, and the chili-paprika-garlic seasoning. Place the mixture in a large, hot pan and cover with a little water if needed, then simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and pat the meat dry. Heat a little peanut oil in the pan and sear the meat until golden brown. Arrange the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to the package instructions until golden brown. Finely chop the peanuts and sprinkle over the fries. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
