Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 packs of diced ham
  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 2 packs of salad seasoning mix (dill)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar essence
  • 30 Bratwurst (Nuremberg)
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Ham potatoes under cucumber salad with Nuremberg sausages

The cucumber salad can be prepared in advance. Peel the cucumbers and slice them. Season with the spice mix, vinegar, and water as desired. Peel the potatoes and boil them as usual. Meanwhile, fry the ham cubes in a little margarine until crispy. Once cooked, set them aside. Then fry the sausages. Once the potatoes are cooked, roughly mash them and mix them with the ham cubes. Arrange on plates and serve with the cucumber salad.
