Noodle pan with vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 thick zucchini
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 1 pack of ham cubes
  • 1 pack of processed cheese, e.g. with herbs
  • 2 tsp pesto, e.g. Pesto Rosso
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly milk
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Child-friendly

First, grate the carrots and zucchini. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the onion and add it to a large pan with a little oil. Sauté it with the bacon and add the vegetables. Reduce the heat slightly and add the cream cheese and pesto, thinning it with a little milk if desired. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Sauté for about 5 minutes over low heat, then stir in the cooked pasta.
