Bavette with zucchini and dried tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (bavette)
  • ½ jar tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, grate the zucchini into julienne strips, dice the sun-dried tomatoes, and finely chop the garlic clove. Add olive oil to the pan and sauté the garlic and zucchini. Then add the tomatoes and sauté them, seasoning everything generously with salt, pepper, and the finely chopped chili. Drain the cooked pasta and rinse well. Add it to the vegetables and mix everything together. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.
