Swiss spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 small pointed cabbage
  • 500 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • lots of curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions. Drain the spaghetti through a sieve. Trim the pointed cabbage and cut into fine strips. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the pointed cabbage strips and fry until tender. Then fold in the spaghetti and season with salt, pepper, and plenty of curry powder. Serve immediately.
