Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes
- e.g. milk
- e.g. butter
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 250 g cheese
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 small cans of tomato paste
- 3 onions, finely chopped
- Salt
- pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil until tender. Meanwhile, trim the leek, slice it into rings, and cook for about 3 minutes. Fry the minced meat with the onions until crumbly. Add the tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Make a regular mashed potato from the potatoes with milk and butter. Place the minced meat in a greased baking dish, then the mashed potatoes, and then the leek. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes (or longer if desired). Serve hot.
