Smoked salmon – broccoli – pasta

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g smoked salmon, cut into pieces
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable broth if required

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Trim the broccoli, cut into florets, and blanch in a little boiling water. Sauté the finely chopped onion in hot oil until translucent. Add the broccoli and fry for a few minutes. Now add the cream and melt the cheese. Depending on the desired consistency, either add a little more cheese or dilute it with a little vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped smoked salmon. Arrange on plates with the pasta and serve.
