Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g leaf spinach (frozen)
- 125 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- 100 g cottage cheese
- some cream cheese with herbs
- nutmeg
- sugar, brown
- Garlic, chopped, if needed
- salt and pepper
- possibly milk
- possibly cornstarch
- Cinnamon
Instructions

everything in one pan
Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat a pan. Sauté the chicken strips and onion pieces in olive oil (you can add chopped garlic if you like). Add the brown sugar after 2 minutes and let it caramelize. Add the leaf spinach once the chicken is halfway cooked. Sauté for about 1 minute, then add the cottage cheese and cream cheese and bring to a boil (if you need more sauce, add a little milk and thicken with cornstarch). Finally, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Don’t leave the dish in the pan for too long; serve immediately when everything is warm.
