Pak Choi fried with garlic prawns

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g prawns, frozen, with shell, without head
  • 4 small pak choi
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 2 dashes fish sauce
  • n. B. Chili pepper(s), red, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the bok choy and then quarter it lengthwise. Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the bok choy first, then the spring onions. Keep both warm. Sauté the prawns and add the garlic just before they’re cooked. Season with balsamic vinegar and fish sauce. Add the prawns to the vegetables, sprinkle with fresh chilies, and serve.
