Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g prawns (preferably 8/12)
- 1 lime(s), juice
- 8 cloves garlic
- 5 spring onions
- 1 tbsp, heaped Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 packs of Italian herbs, frozen
- 4 peppers, red and green
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp chili
- 250 ml olive oil
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes
Mediterranean taste experience
Drizzle the prawns with lime juice and add the sliced garlic. Slice the spring onions and add them as well. Then mix the mustard, honey, herbs, the sliced and deseeded peppers, salt, chili, and olive oil with the prawns and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Then fry in a pan over medium heat for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the halved cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley just before serving.
