Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g prawns (preferably 8/12)
  • 1 lime(s), juice
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 5 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp, heaped Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 packs of Italian herbs, frozen
  • 4 peppers, red and green
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

Mediterranean taste experience

Drizzle the prawns with lime juice and add the sliced ​​garlic. Slice the spring onions and add them as well. Then mix the mustard, honey, herbs, the sliced ​​and deseeded peppers, salt, chili, and olive oil with the prawns and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Then fry in a pan over medium heat for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the halved cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley just before serving.
