Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g pork, diced
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 100 g liver(s), diced
- 200 g beef, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 onions, quartered
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp curry paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp, leveled sambal oelek
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 400 ml white wine, dry
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- some gherkins
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes
Cut the pork and beef, bacon, liver, and bell peppers into approximately 3 cm cubes. Quarter or eighth the onions (for large onions). Cut the pickled cucumbers into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Thread the above ingredients alternately onto the skewers. Mix all the remaining ingredients into a marinade and marinate the skewers for at least 3 hours. Grill for approximately 15 minutes on all sides, until cooked through. Depending on the grill and fuel type, grill approximately 10 cm above the embers.
