Own creation, inspired by US cuisine

Brown the bacon with onion and bell pepper. Let it cool and mix with all the other ingredients until smooth. Let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour, then mix again. Form into small patties and grill or fry in a pan with oil (about 20 minutes). An alternative to a simple burger patty. Delicious with BBQ, but also as a main ingredient in any side dish. Inspired by American soul food. You can find more recipes in my account.
