Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with vegetable juice

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat in olive oil. Season the mixture with meat seasoning, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the minced meat along with the vegetables, and fry. Add vegetable juice (as needed; I always use 3/4 of a package) and a little ketchup, and bring to a boil. Put a little flour (as needed) in a separate bowl and mix it with a little cold vegetable juice until smooth, then add it to the pot and bring to a boil. Repeat this process if necessary until the desired consistency is reached. Season to taste with butter, salt, and pepper.
