Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spaetzle or other noodles
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 500 g tomatoes (pure pulp), chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp spice mix (oregano, sage, thyme, rosemary)
- pepper
- Salt
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaetzle as usual (otherwise, follow the instructions on the package) in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes and then rinse. Clean the bell pepper and cut into small pieces. Add the oil to a large pan or pot and brown the minced meat. Season with pepper and salt. Add the bell pepper pieces and fry briefly. Then add the tomato pulp and the spice mix (oregano, sage, thyme, rosemary, marjoram). Season to taste with paprika and chili powder. Let everything simmer for about another 10 minutes. Then add the pasta to the sauce in the pan and pot. Mix well and serve immediately.
