Spaghetti Bolognese style à la Simone

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. Parmesan or Pecorino, grated
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti as usual. Sauté the onions and garlic in a saucepan. Add the ground beef and brown. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Now add the chopped tomatoes from the can. Add a little water and season to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Toss with the cooked spaghetti and serve sprinkled with Parmesan or Pecorino cheese, if desired.
