Zucchini pan with rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 bags of rice
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • butter
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • Maggi
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the zucchini. Then halve and slice into small pieces. Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and add the zucchini slices. Peel and dice the onion, and add it to the pan with the zucchini. When the zucchini is cooked, add the crème fraîche. Stir slowly and add some fresh parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Maggi dressing. Arrange the zucchini on plates and serve with the rice. A traditional tomato salad goes very well with this.
